I am pleased to announce that today, June 3, 2011, I have achieved my target weight. This morning, I weighed-in at 166.6 pounds, nearly 17.5 pounds lighter in 30 days. In fact, the Dukan plan has been so successful for me that I reached my target weight 27 days early! And I am feeling absolutely great!
Today, I celebrate by entering the “consolidation” phase. In this phase, I add two pieces of whole-grain bread and one slice of cheese each day. I also add one serving of certain fruits per day. I will still maintain two days of protein-only days per week, Mondays and Thursdays. This phase is designed to help “train” my body not to return to the days of my overweight condition.
