This morning, I weighed in at 169 pounds. That’s 15 pounds lighter than I was 23 days ago! This plan is working for me!
Have I been hungry? No. Have I craved things I shouldn’t eat? Oh yes! But I have remained strong in my determination to lose this weight and hit my target….and then KEEP it off. In this “cruise” phase, I have two days each week that I eat protein only. I have chosen Mondays and Thursdays. The other days, I add most green vegetables, but no white ones, no starches, no carbs, no bread. I still keep some grilled chicken in the fridge for those late-night snacks.
