The first three days on the Dukan diet proved to be successful. While I never got hungry, I had to fight significant cravings for sugar and chocolate, two of my favorite food-groups. But I remained strong and did not cave. On day four, I entered the “cruise” phase, adding several servings of vegetables to my diet. I will follow this phase until I reach my target weight of 167.
When I stepped on the scales this morning, I was amazed. I weighed 173.8, ten pounds lighter than I was just 10 days ago. I weighed again. And again. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. Ten pounds in 10 days was truly amazing. My clothes are noticeably looser and I feel great! I have more energy than I have had in a while.
