Today, I weighed in at 181, and start the “attack phase”. For me, that’s three straight days of pure protein. According to Dukan’s book, I can eat as much protein as I want and that I should not get hungry all day. We’ll see!
I started the morning with a special omelet thing described in Dukan’s book. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t great, either, but I did not get hungry until lunch time. According to the plan, I will eat one of these omelet-pancakes every day of life…or close to it…to achieve and maintain my weight. For lunch, I had grilled chicken. For supper, I had grilled chicken. All I wanted. I got hungry before bed, so I ate some left-over chicken I put in the fridge. I was allowed to snack on plain Greek yogurt once today which I had to sweeten with artificial sweetener. It wasn’t bad.
Day 1, pretty successful. Weigh-in tomorrow morning.
